Is a form of puffed bread. The word ‘Roti’ means bread in Malay and Hindi. “Canai’ comes from a place in India called Chennai. In Malaysia, it is sell at ‘Mamak’ stall and this is one of favourite local dish in Malaysia. Best serve with curry or dhal.
